FedEx (@FedEx) needs better ProxAwareness

Yesterday FedEx phoned to say I’d be getting a shipment today. I called them and had them hold it for me at their shipping center.

Today I get a shipment. I see it’s a different tracking number. If their systems had better ProxAwareness, they would have said, “Oh, I see you’re scheduled for another shipment tomorrow too. Would you like us to hold that as well?”
